Marketing results and guarantees

Any “90-day,” refund, ranking, lead or other guarantee applies only when it is expressly included in your signed service agreement and all stated eligibility requirements and client responsibilities are met. General website statements do not create a separate guarantee.

Intellectual property

The website, branding, copy, graphics, layouts, processes and other materials are owned by or licensed to MrGeek Digital and are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. You may not copy, modify, publish, sell or commercially exploit them without written permission.

Ownership and licensing of client deliverables are governed by the applicable service agreement. Third-party assets, platforms, fonts, plugins and stock materials remain subject to their own licences.
